I have only been there for a few visits and I want to say that Lindsay Anderson was very professional and treated my granddaughter and I with respect making sure we understood everything with our medical issues. I never met Doc Rienzi but Lindsay is the only "doctor" I will see. Thank you Lindsay for being so kind especially with my granddaughter!

Lindsay has been consistently there for me -- she's a phone call away if I run into issues ranging from unexpected illness, accidents, sudden acute pain (torn meniscus), multiple sometimes confusing medications, pharmacy screw-ups. Whether in person when I used to run into her office after an injury without an appointment; or on Telemed calls, I know I can tell her anything that might be embarrassing or difficult to explain. She quickly assesses the problem, unravels difficulties, explains things thoroughly and comes up with alternative solutions. The most important quality a doctor must have--for me--is of course knowledge, skill and experience; we all expect that from every doctor, and Lindsay is exceptional in these areas. But what is unusual and special about her is she treats me like the individual I am, not just "one more" of many patients. She is happy -- clearly loves her profession. She is kind, personable, and experienced--solving every difficult or confusing medical issue I've had over an astounding 6 years of chronic illness, accidents & injuries. I feel cared for.
